Can TheraBill create paper CMS-1500 claims

Yes. In addition to creating electronic claims, you can also use TheraBill to create paper CMS-1500 claims. TheraBill will create paper CMS-1500 claims for you in both red line format and no-line format.

No, all you need is a TheraBill account. TheraBill handles all claim submissions and interfaces (behind the scenes) with several clearinghouses.

How do I cancel my TheraBill account?

Cancelling is as easy as not paying your TheraBill invoice. With TheraBill, you pay for the month in advance, therefore, you are never under any obligation to pay the invoice you receive from TheraBill. If you do not pay the invoice you receive from TheraBill, then your account will become inactive after the due date. All of your information will be kept for up to 3 months, if you decide to come back then you simply pay your invoice and when you log in, everything will be as you left it.

Am I under any financial commitment with TheraBill?

No. You can cancel your TheraBill account at any time for any reason.

Does TheraBill offer customer support?

You will receive the best customer support. All customer support is handled (very quickly) by the owner and creator of TheraBill.

What happens when the 30 day free trial is over?

You will receive an invoice from TheraBill 14 days before you free trial is set to end. You are under no obligation to pay this invoice if you do not intend to use TheraBill. If you would like to continue using TheraBill, simply send payment to TheraBill (credit card or check) and continue using your TheraBill account.
