All subscription rates come with electronic insurance claim submissions to any of the insurance companies in our Payor List. You are not stuck to one subscription rate. Whether your practice size exands or contracts you will automatically be put into the lowest cost subscription plan that meets your current use.

There are no addtional fees on top of the monthly subscription. There are no per claim fees, there are no clearinghouse fees, there are no set up fees.

Individual Providers

All subscription plans include electronic claim submission to any of the insurance companies in our Payor List. There are no 'per claim' fees and no clearinghouse fees. The low monthly subscription rate covers all of your billing needs. The subscription rate for individual providers (solo practice) is $49.95. We do have low cost subscription rates for those providers who are just starting out with small case loads.

Multiple Healthcare Provider (Group) Practices

You do not need to create (or pay for) a separate account for each of your providers. The basic plan starts at $89.95 and includes up to 5 rendering providers. Each additional rendering provider after 5 is just $15.00 more per month. Compare this to other software that make you pay for additional accounts for each provider. For example, If you will be managing and submitting electronic claims for 7 healthcare providers then your Therabill monthly subscription rate would only be $119.95 per month.

Why Pay A Monthly Subscription

Why would you want to pay a monthly subscription for online billing software when you can pay a one time fee for downloadable software that you have to install on your single computer? Well, as anybody who has purchased software knows, it is never a one time fee. Usually, at least yearly, there will be updates (often mandatory) that you will need to purchase, download, and install. In this sense, it is not really a one time fee. It is more like a yearly subscription. With Therabill, you pay a low subscription fee monthly. The sum of these monthly subscrption payments is often less than the one time (or yearly) purchase price of the downloadable software. Because Therabill is web-based, there is no initial installation or future updates to download and install. You are always using the most up to date version every time you log in.

In addition, when you purchase software, you basically locked yourself into that software for the year. With Therabill, there are no contracts.. you can cancel anytime.

No contracts - Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Therabill subscription at any time for any reason. There are no contracts. It is up to Therabill to keep you happy and earn your business. Cancelling your subscription is as easy as not paying your subscription fee. With Therabill, you pay for the month in advance. Therefore, you are never under any obligation to pay your monthly invoice. If you no longer want to use Therabill, just start ignoring your invoices. After 3 months of unpaid invoices, Therabill will stop billing you, your balance due will be set to 0.00 and your account will be deleted). Why do we delete your account? The reason is for security purposes. By deleting your account, we are no longer storing private information about your practice or your clients.

No additional fees

We are constantly asked if there are any other fees involved for submitting claims. For example, is there a 'per claim' fee, are there any fees associated with the clearinghouses or are there any set up fees. The answer is NO! There are no other fees. In the future, there may be add ons that are made available to Therabill members that may come at additional fees. For example, the advanced EMR system will probably cost a little extra per month. The inventory management add on will available at an additional fee. There are additional fees for adding on the credit card processing gateway. However, for all intensive purposes, there are no additional fees for all of the features that you need (electronic billing, scheduling, notes.. etc).
